I don’t review often. Readers, I know you don’t know me, but this is an unbiased, unsolicited review. This business provided the best service I have ever experienced and here’s why. I just moved into a new house, and typically, I just go out and replace all the locks myself. This time, I decided to rekey the existing locks to a single key. On the initial call, Ross from Guardian Lock and Security very clearly explained what rekeying entailed, required and cost. He also gave me information about replacing the locks myself, so that I could compare the two options and make the best decision. I was sold on rekeying. From there, Ross simply and effectively continued the clear and professional communication, including what to expect with the appointment and that he would call 45 mins before arrival to confirm. When he arrived, he reviewed what he would be doing, in what order, that he would have to do the keying in his truck so as to expect round trips between truck parked outside and my home. The appointment took about 90 minutes, so I appreciated that I didn’t have to wonder where he was or what was going on. He tested everything and then had me verify everything worked. Flawless. I mean this was the most thoughtful and caring service I’ve ever received. From a normal, well-mannered human being. So refreshing. I wish I had more doors to service but if ever I do I will not for a second hesitate to use Guardian Lock and security.

Ross was fantastic helping us install a pesky nest lock. Even during the initial call, he tried to walk through a solution to the issue. He genuinely wanted to give us the fairest experience and try and save us a call out fee. Technology got the better of us, so Ross came out WITHIN THE HOUR – not as an emergency, but because he had availability. He was incredibly patient with figuring out our new home WiFi, making sure we understood the way the lock works, that the existing lock wasn’t going to jam in fluctuating weather and what to look out for from his experience. Took the time to stay to make sure to test everything and make sure it was working properly. Honestly, one of the best locksmiths. Ross did an excellent job installing a new smart lock on my door. He ran into some alignment issues with my very old door, but he was able to quickly fix the issues and get the lock working perfectly. Will be using again in the future for any lock and security needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Guardian Lock and Security! I initially had requested someone to come to my home and open my electronic safe. I had lost the key and accidentally locked it a few months ago. I knew I would need to buy a new one after it was either picked or drilled open but needed to get some papers out of the safe. Ross was right on time for our appointment and within a few minutes, he had picked it open. The most impressive thing was that he spent a good while working on my safe afterward to ensure that I could still open and close it. He was fantastic, so now I don’t need to buy a new safe as it is working just fine now. Additionally, I had recently moved into my new home and had never changed the locks. I asked him if he had time, and he said he could take care of that plus gave me several keys. It was a one-stop shop and everything was taken care of.
